斷面參數設計合理 OPTIMUM FRAME COROSS SECTION PARAMETERS
本機的斷面參數系根據大量科學實驗，從中選擇最優方案設計的，經過適用證明導紗角范圍、最小氣圈高度參數均有利于改善捻度傳送和控制紡織張力，因此可提高錠速，減少紡紗斷頭。
Optimum parameters of the frame cross-section are determined on the basis of extensive scientific research.Spinning practice proves that the proper range of the angle of thread in clination and the minimum balloon heitht are beneficial to improve twist transmission and thread tension control.As a result FAS03 spinning machines run at higher speed with less end break.
牽伸傳動 DRAFT GEARING
牽伸裝置采用螺旋彈簧加壓的搖架，壓力穩定可靠，操作方便。可配備各種國產棉方搖架及SKF、PK200系列。Ritte,PS160 P3等國外搖架的牽伸系統。可配備新型電動落紗機。

牽伸裝置 DRAFT
牽伸裝置采用螺旋彈簧加壓的搖架，壓力穩定可靠，操作方便，定期供油。
The whole system of draft gerring inside the cover is of strong construction with the assurance of correct transmission,and oiling to be periodic.
車頭傳動 HEADSTOCK GEARING
采用同步齒形帶傳動，有效的降低噪音。改變紗線支數、捻度及牽伸倍數的變換齒輪數，應用優化設計，且能互換使用，便于管理。傳動系統采用中央潤滑方法，定期供油。車尾面板上集中了所有電器操作原件，便于操作，同時能顯示運轉狀況下的錠速，輸出速度及捻度。

自動化程度高
HIGH AUTOMATION
1.紡紗過程中，任何時候關車，能自動適應停車。
Whenever the frame is required to stop during spinning the frame can stop automatically at a proper position.
2.如需提前落紗，能使鋼領板自動下降及適應停車。
If doffer is required in advance.the ring rails will automatically wind down and stop at a proper position.
3.滿管后，鋼領板自動下降及自動適應停車。
For full bobbins,the ring rails will down to starting position automatically.
4.開車前能使鋼領板自動復位。
While starting the machine,the ring rails will reset themselves at starting position automatically.
5.落紗前能自動接通落紗電源。
Before the doffing,the doffer electric source can be connected cutomatically.
6.開車后低速自動切換高速。
After start of machine,the speed is changed from low to high automatically.
